On a quick perusal the highest saturated fat for any recipe was 1.58 g per serve of lemon sole baked in a paper case, with many of the recipe is approaching zero. The colour illustrated dust jacket matches the laminated board beneath. The dust jacket shows signs of rubbing and creasing to both the top and bottom edges.
