Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First Edition. Green cloth with gilded titles. First Edition. A Very Good copy. Book has shelfwear, edgewear, bumped corners, toning to pages, a former owner's bookplate on the inside front cover, & a former owner's name on the front endpaper. Interior is otherwise unmarked, clean, & tight. No dustjacket. 8vo. - over 7¾' - 9¾'.

Green Cloth. Condition: Good. No Jacket. John Montgomery Flagg (illustrator). Assume 1st. Tight and clean but not without problems. Bottom of spine is worn, corners bumped. Gilt is bright but wrinkled on spine block. Title page has been stuck to board at hinge and torn because of it. Flagg's illustrations are fine and the story is rather provocative. Even today.
