First Edition
First edition thus (Taiwan Pirate edition, most likely). Hardcover. Very good in fine dustjacket (with the original glassine protector, which has a couple small tears). An unusual imprint of the collection of stories first pubished by Doubleday in 1957. This pirate edition uses the Bantam Classic paperback of 1981 as a text template (the last printing noted on the copyright page), and the dustjacket has an uncredited bucolic painting, as well as Chinese title characters supplied on the front panel and spine (and on the title-page). English text, and a handsome edition, with good paper and binding.
