[32] p. 21 x 25.5 cm. oblong Signed by Author Sound and square binding in green, cloth and paper-covered boards. Top fore-corners slightly knocked. A little fading to the foot of the spine and bottom edges. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dust jacket has some edge and fold wear, heaviest to the spine ends, and including a few tiny closed tears. Part of the top edge has been tape-repaired on the reverse side. It is not price-clipped. Now in removable, mylar protector. The story of the birth of Christ, as told by noted Canadian author Margaret Laurence. Illustrated by Saskatchewan artist Helen Lucas. Signed in blue ink by the author on the title page. A scarce work, especially with signature.
