Hopkinson Smith and completed by Frank Berekely Smith. Bound in the original publisher's dark green cloth covers with white and gilt cover and spine decoration. There are 4 pages of ads in the rear. There is a previous owner's name and Christmas 1916 date on front end paper in pencil. A little wear to white rule around the front cover in a cople of places, and white rules are worn at spine title, else a nice clean, tight and unmarked book. The frontis illustration has a tissue guard.; B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 337 pages.

Includes the Menu for the event, the floor plan and guests as arranged by tables. Brown cloth somewhat faded and a bit mottled, especially along bottom margins. Pages foxed. Each tipped in portrait has offset pattern of both portrait and signature to both tissue guards and the preceding and following page in book. A good (good-only) copy.
