Wrappers. Wrappers a little soiled and early leaves very slightly cockled, otherwise a nice copy. The upper wrapper bears two of the publisher s rubber stamps, one stating "Proof Copy Only Hamish Hamilton" and the other giving the provisional publication date of 3rd September 1964.
