Title page affixed to the front endpaper and folds out to reveal the copyright page, where First Edition is stated, and a Preface by Maggie Cousins. The contents are affixed to the rear endpaper in one continuous section of accordion-style, fold-out pages featuring more than 20 water color scenes of the San Antonio River, by Caroline Shelton, accompanied by Burkhalter's descriptive text about the river as it winds its way through San Antonio (the Riverwalk) on its way to San Antonio Bay. Signed on the title page by the illustrator, Caroline Shelton. Signed by Author(s).
