Pages are notably thumb-marked, with moderate tanning and foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Presentation plate stuck to front paste-down, with a pencil inscription to free endpaper. Minor dog-eared corners, with a few small nicks along text block edge. Mild cracking to hinges and gutters, with exposed netting. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with notable bumping and fraying to corners, and rubbing to surfaces. Heavy tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean. Liquid drops on front board and rear.
