Laid-in (not attached) is a card SIGNED and inscribed by RICHARD ADLER (composed music for Damn Yankees). Laid-in is a small color photo SIGNED by STANLEY DONEN (co-Director of film); and a card SIGNED by RAY WALSTON (played 'Mr. Applegate'). Attached opposite half-tile is a bookplate SIGNED by TAB HUNTER (played 'Joe Hardy' in film). From the first 1955 Broadway production is a color photo-card SIGNED by SHANNON BOLIN attached to half-title page (played 'Meg'-she also was in the 1958 film version of play). Laid-in is a color photo-sheet SIGNED and inscribed by JEAN STAPLETON (played 'Sister Miller' in film and play---also laid-in are original New York Times and Philadelphia Inquirer obituaries for Stapleton).
