First Edition, First Printing. Signed by Burt Reynolds: ÒTo John, Burt ReynoldsÓ at the half-title beneath his printed name. Oversize format, 8 3/4Ó x 11 1/4Ó, 256 pages, illustrated throughout. Near fine bright copy with some very minor shelf wear, a slight bump to the outer bottom corner of the front board, and some faint spotting to the endpapers in a near fine slightly handled dust jacket with a trace of edge wear. The last of ReynoldsÕ films profiled in this book is SharkyÕs Machine (1981) in which he co-starred with Rachel Ward, Vittorio Gassman, Brian Keith, Charles Durning, Earl Holliman, Bernie Casey, and Henry SIiva. Some of RyenoldsÕ other best known films include Deliverance (1972), The Man Who Loved Cat Dancing (1973), The Longest Yard (1974), Smokey and the Bandit (1977), Boogie Nights (1997) for which he was nominated for a Best Support Actor Oscar.
