Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 261pp. Original blind-tooled hardcover in fairly good condition. Tiny sprinkle stains to rear board. Spine sunned, gilt-tooled and chipped at the head. Both shaken and cracked. Repaired with archival glue, but may require professional restoration for conservation purposes or frequent use. Provenance belongs Our Lady of Charity Monastery, Buffalo, NY.

Condition: Good. 1860. 495 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Red cloth with gilt lettering. Vol.3. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn with slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are a mildly crushed, with small splits and chips. Tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Water marks to boards and spine.
