The claret-coloured cloth cover has many storage and age markings and wear and tear about the edges of the front and back covers. The spine, too has storage and age wear and blemishes. The cover printing is clear, legible and on the front cover is bright and clear. There is a pencil marking at the top right hand corner of the cover. Along the front and cover cover bottom edges there are storage impressions. The inside front cover has a book retailer sticker. The frontispages have previous ownership stamps. The first frontispage has a dust stain at the bottom of the page. Pages 1 - 8 have annotations in pencil.
