The text includes a general description of the bridge, a description of materials, manufacture, forged and machine work, inspection, payment and finance terms, etc. This item was purchased from an heir of an engineer named A. Seymour Fleet. Fleet was an engineer who designed the gates for the (now partially submerged) Cacade Lock in Oregon. He may have also been employe in the construction of this bridge.
