A guided journal, with thoughts and quotations on grief, healing and life after death. "A journal is a place where your heart can speak in privacy and freedom. It is a place where it is safe to be completely honest about what you are thinking and how you are feeling. It can uncover thoughts and emotions you may be scarcely aware of. Putting issues on paper, both negative and positive, can provide more insight into both your pain and your progress and help guide you toward healing."—Donnette Alfelt
