About the Author:

Jan Witfeld discovered the Move Artistic platform in 2003, and, two years later, Parkour and Freerunning. He then went on to train as a Move Artistic coach. llona E. Gerling discovered Parkour for herself in 2003 and was the first university lecturer to teach it to sports students. Ilona introduced Parkour to the German Gymnastics Federation at the German Turnfest (gymnastics festival) in Berlin in 2005. Alexander Pach is a former German premier league gymnast.
