About the Author:

Robert T. Fraser, PhD, is a licensed counseling and rehabilitation psychologist and professor of neurology, neurological surgery, and rehabilitation medicine at the University of Washington. He specializes in specializes in vocational rehabilitation assessment and counseling for people with MS and is one of the original faculty of the University of Washington MS Rehabilitation Research and Training Center. George H. Kraft, MD, MS, is the director of the Western MS Center. He specializes in the rehabilitation of multiple sclerosis. Dawn M. Ehde, PhD, is a psychologist and associate professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington. She specializes in the treatment of pain and depression in persons with multiple sclerosis and other disabilities. Kurt L. Johnson, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington.
