1962, Inspector Alker is called to the body of a woman, her throat has been cut and she is laid out naked in a sexual manner. The body is found in a pub back yard with no means of access. All with identical twins currently missing and with oddities, not of the time period. How can you catch a killer who isn't born when he kills, and his victim isn't born either? It becomes a life long quest for Alker to find and catch the killer, but when he does how can he prosecute the killer? Laughed at by his superiors, and helped by two of his team Alker sets out to prove he is right, the killer is burying the bodies in time and is on the lose now.
