About the Author:

Lutz began his career in 1966 with Foote, Cone and Belding in Los Angeles. In 1972 he moved to Texas where until 1983 he was president of Ketchum Communications. From 1984 to 1986 he was general manager of Burson-Marsteller Public Relations, from 1986 to 1994 President of Penny & Spier advertising, and from 1984 to the present a partner in the consulting firm of Kuhlmann, Lutz and Brown. His client experience is broad and varied, and includes, AT&T, Brown & Root, Coke Foods, Merrill, Lynch and Texas Commerce banks. He is a graduate of the University of Texas.
