This new book created in collaboration with "City and Guilds" is intended to help candidates of the City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate for Requirements in Electrical Installations: BS7671: June 2001 (16th Edition) prepare for their exam. Worked through examples of answers to questions are designed to reinforce knowledge and understanding of the current edition of the regulations. About the Author:
Paul Cook CEng FIEE was the Principal Engineer in the Technical Regulations department of the IEE. For many years, he was closely involved in the preparation of the IEE Wiring Regulations: BS7671 and related publications. He trained as an electricity distribution engineer, but for most of his career was in electrical contracting in various roles from design engineer to business manager. Jonathan Elliott is a Senior Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology where he is involved with the preparation of the IEE Wiring Regulations: BS7671 and related guidance. He is an experienced lecturer on City & Guilds electrical courses and was an Operations Engineer with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC).
