About the Author:
John Taylor is the author of two previous books, Storming the Magic Kingdom and Circus of Ambition. He has been a senior correspondent for Esquire magazine and, before that, a contributing editor at New York magazine, where he was also the magazine's political columnist. He lives in New York City.
