About the Author:

John Spengler is an assistant professor at the University of Florida. He is a widely published author on sport and recreation safety and legal issues. Daniel Connaughton is a consultant and expert witness in legal cases involving sports, recreation, physical education, aquatics, diving and fitness and health club activities. He is also an Associate Professor at the University of Florida. Andrew Pittman is the Co-ordinator of the Sport Management Programme at Baylor University, Texas. He is the author or has co-authored a number of texts in sport law and sport management and regularly presents at conferences on these subjects.
