About the Author:

Jessica Macbeth has been teaching meditation to a wide variety of people for over twenty five years in the USA and Britain, and this book has grown out of the questions and needs of those people. She is the Senior Instructor of the Order of the Ascending Spirit, an international organisation based in California, and is a member of the Association of Therapeutic Healers, based in London. Jessica is a practising healer and counsellor and runs courses on healing, psychic development and personal and spiritual growth. She now lives in California, but she works and teaches in the USA and in Britain. Jessica Macbeth is also the author of 'Moon Over Water', also published by Gateway.
