Originally published in 1981, this audio-cassette version of Alistair Gray's first novel reveals the interlocking experiences of Duncan Thaw and his alter ego, Lanark, in the disintegrating metropolises of Glasgow and Unthank. Gray won the Whitbread Prize for "Poor Things".
