[viii], 88pp. 'The Nature of my Work is Visionary or Imaginative; it is an Endeavor to Restore what the Ancients called the Golden Age.' Spotted to the edges (primarily the head edge), otherwise Very Good, the boards a little rubbed and the front free endpaper also a little spotted/toned, in a lesser jacket, spotted to the folds and edges, the lower spine fold with some discoloured creasing. This copy has been signed by the author and inscribed in 1975 to Andrew Crozier, who had published Abrams' first book of poems, 'Barbara', in 1966. Loosely inserted are two signed cards by Abrams, 'Last Night Again I Saw' (spotted) and 'For the Eighties', both sent as New Year postcards to Crozier later in the 1970s. Signed by Author(s).
