Review:
"I think this is an excellent book. The authors have amassed and distilled an immense amount of useful information from so many various fields. I think its greatest strength is that it takes a rather dry and dull subject and makes it understandable and at times interesting. It is also a good book for administrators to retain in their personal libraries as a resource." " This text provides educators with encyclopedic and pragmatic views relevant to contemporary organizational issues that impact administrators, teachers, students, and staff members. It also provides educational leaders and aspiring educational leaders with pertinent information to base their day-to-day decisions and actions as they encounter leadership challenges within their organization." "[This text] provides educators with encyclopedic and pragmatic views relevant to contemporary organizational issues that impact administrators, teachers, students, and staff members. It also provides educational leaders and aspiring educational leaders with pertinent information to base their day-to-day decisions and actions as they encounter leadership challenges within their organization." "This is an excellent text that I chose over several other texts I reviewed in depth. Its greatest strengths are the Pedagogical Features...and the comprehensiveness of its chapters...I find the Lunenburg & Ornstein book highly satisfactory and so do my students."
