Notre Revue croit donc qu'un organe central, consacré à l'unification du droit commercial, pourrait rendre quelque service, et elle a résolu d'en prendre l'initiative sous la forme modeste d'une rubrique spéciale, qui trouvera une place dans chaque livraison.
