Pathologisch-anatomische Diagnostik ist die Erkennung krank hafter Veränderungen der Organe, Gewebe und Zellen durch un mittelbare Anschauung. Sie beschäftigt sich sonach mit den anatomisch greifbaren Verhältnissen des Thiermdavers und von dessen Organen im Einzelnen, sowie von Theilstücken des Thierkörpers, wobei die Feststellung der vom N ormalen abweichenden Erscheinungen durch die Section und Nekroskopie (sectio anatomica, Nekropsie, Obduction) 1) gewonnen wird, also durch sachgemässe Zerlegung mittelst unserer Hände und instrumenteller Hülfe, sowie Beurtheilung und Erfassung des Blossgelegten durch unsere Sinnesorgane.
