Banks is Professor of Psychology at Pomona College and editor-in-chief of the journal Consciousness and Cognition. Shaun Gallagher is Professor and Chair of the Philosophy Department at the University of Central Florida and coeditor of the journal Phenomenology and the Cognitive Sciences.
