Ich kann es gegenüber den zahlreichen meist sehr sorgfältigen Publicationen über die in Rede stehende Krankheit wohl unterlassen, des näheren anzuführen‚ welche Verschiedenheiten innerhalb dieses Schema's sich in dem einzelnen Falle bemerkbar machen, je nach dem die Krankheit als eine angeborene oder in der ersten Kindheit oder erst in späteren Jahren auftritt, je nachdem diese oder jene Muskelgruppe vorzugsweise afücirt erscheint, und je nachdem die im Ganzen schleppend verlaufende Krankheit mit auffallend langen Still ständen oder einmal im schnelleren Tempo abläuft.
