About the Author:

WOLFGANG BENEDEK is Director of the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (ETC) and of the Institute of International Law and International Relations at the University of Graz, Austria.

CHRISTOPHER DAASE is Professor of International Organisations at the University of Frankfurt and Head of the Programme on International Organizations and International Law at the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt (PRIF), Germany.

VOJIN DIMITRIJEVIC teaches Public International Law at the the Union University Law School in Belgrade and is Director of the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights, Serbia.

PETRUS VAN DUYNE Duyne is Professor of Empirical Penal Science at the University of Tilburg, The Netherlands.
