"You Need This Book First" is a series of legal titles which puts law into plain English for the lay person. The texts provide background information on the issues targeted, and take the reader through the planning and preparation work required. Financial advantages - tax and cost savings, and business benefits - are also discussed. "Setting Up A Limited Company" is part of the above series and explains what one needs to know to set up a private limited company. It provides all the necessary offical forms, together with sample letters and other documents specially drafted to suit a small company.
