About the Author:

Robert Wingnut Weaver is a surfing icon, one of only two dozen surfers whose biographies appear on the "Legends" page on Surfhistory.com. He spearheaded and capitalized on the explosion of longboarding in the 1990s, co-starring in Endless Summer II, the immensely popular 1993 sequel to the 1964 surfing movie classic, Endless Summer. Holding a B.S. in economics from the University of California (Santa Barbara), Wingnut is one of the most talented surfers in the world.
