There can be no part of Scotland more beautiful or more romantic than the Trossachs (25 miles north of Glasgow), nor can the name Rob Roy fail to stir the imagination. This delightful book has succeeded in combining clear descriptions of the loveliest walks with a sensitive description of history and romance. The walks will appeal to all, varying as they do from short strolls to full day hill expedition. With map and line drawings.
