Signed presentation from Herrmann: "To Werner Schwarz, Hajo Herrmann." Possibly inscribed to Werner Schwarz, leader of the SA Brigade 29 (Berlin North). Herrmann [1913-2010] was one of the Luftwaffe's most innovative air tacticians. He was captured by the Russians after the war and was held prisoner for ten years.
