River landscape with mountain on the right and villages along the river. Figures and ships in the foreground. Signed on the bottom left: 'HBol' [HB monogrammed] and on the rigth: 'H. Cock ex.'. On the middle bottom, close to the rocks in the foreground defect of printing: pinched paper. l Etching and engraving on paper; trimmed to platemark; total: 227 x 320 mm; evenly yellowed paper, some damages along the margins, a hole in the sky with brown shading; despite the hole very nice and bright impression; state I/3; New Hollstein 227; Riggs (1977) 4.7.
