Once listed, this will be the Only Signed copy for sale on the Internet. It's a good guess that the author did not do any events, etc. and this copy is inscribed to her 'wonderful Uncle Bill '. First Published in 2009'. Number Line to 2. I did not find any copies for sale with a DJ, so it appears very likely that this hardcover was issued without one. The book is rated Very Good-. Most importantly, the interior of the book is perfect(Fine). There is No soiling. The pages are crisp and very white and bright. There are No markings, No writing (with the happy exception of the author's signed inscription on the title page), No creasing or tears. The page edges are also pristine, and the book is very solidly bound. The reason for the VG- is due superficial scratching, nicking, and bumping on the rear cover, corners and spine ends. I've provided photos. Seller Inventory # 000030
