Jacket design by Sydney Butchkes. Page age-toning. Prev. owners name and address on front pastedown. DJ worn with chips at spine ends. Laid-in is a color photo SIGNED and inscribed by DORIS DAY (played Kate MacKay in 1960 film version of novel). Also laid-in is a B&W photo SIGNED and inscribed by JANIS PAIGE (played Deborah Vaugn in film). Also laid-in is a card SIGNED by BRUCE BILSON (he directed the 1965 TV series of book).
