Number 20 of a deluxe limited edition of 250 copies which has a hand-printed cover depicting a battle-scarred landscape of Northern France, by Joy Gerrard. This jacket is further wrapped by an opaque protective sheet, with the book held within a matching slipcase and then contained in a special die-cut cardboard case. Signed to the title page by the journalist and author, Bruce Arnold, who wrote the introduction. This enhanced edition contains many previously unpublished illustrations. Cardboard case rather spotted and marked. Slipcase with only the odd very minor mark. A few little spots to the protective wrap on the spine with one small spot to the spine of the jacket.
