(London: Hartley Moorhouse & Geir Moe Sorenson 1993). Limited Edition. WITH HAND-WRITTEN SIGNED NOTE BY COLIN DEXTER LAID IN. A softcover. Limited to 226 copies printed by letterpress at Libanus Press of which 150 copies, numbered 51-200 have been printed on Zerkall mould-made paper and sewn into Murillo card covers this being # 56. A fine copy. Laid in is a short hand-written note from the late Colin Dexter from his former home on the Banbury Road in Oxford and dated 9.6.96.: "Dear Brian,/ Many many thanks for the Tom/ Cat book! It looks splendidly inventive, and I look forward/ greatly to reading it through. You/ are very kind; and I send you/ my sincere gratitude./ Colin Dexter".
