A trove of signatures and material from the historic collegiate women's basketball program at Immaculata college, The Mighty Macs. In 1972, the team under hall of fame coach, Cathy Rush, won the first women's collegiate basketball national championship, and then went on to three-peat in the years following. The 1972 season was documented in the 2011 film,The Mighty Macs,including selling toothbrushes to fund their trip to Illinois for the tournament. The '72-'74 team itself was enshrined in the Naismith Hall of Fame in 2014. Includes: 1976 team photo and roster, likely removed from that year's program, signed by 13 including Denise Burdick, Margie Mannion, Mary Scharff, and Marianne Crawford-Stanley 1977 program signed by the entire team and coaching staff (14), including Cathy Rush. 1987 yearbook/program signed by 13 including coach Mary Scharff. 1989 program signed by the entire team and staff (15), with a [2]p holograph note from coach sending the program and discussing the season. 1990 program signed by the entire team and staff (12). 25th anniversary program, "Remember the Glory Days," from the 1997 reunion/celebration of the '72 championship, illustrated with photos. . 5 staple bound booklets and a single sheet, likely removed from another publication.
