1/450. 8vo. 90pp. Original illustrated stiff wraps in glassine jacket protected by modern mylar. Art work on cover by HAP Grieshaber. Illustrated with original woodcuts and lithographs in color and b/w by artists such as Erich Heckel, Max Ackermann, Horst Anthes, Ida Kerkovius, Georg Muche, Emil Schuhmacher and others. Each original plate is protected by a tissue guard with a printed facsimile of the artists signature. Includes one portrait of Otto Lutz in b/w. Text in German by Ludwig Greve, Rainer Brambach, Kurt Leonhard and Margot Fuerst. Some chipping and age toning to glassine. One-inch closed tear along tail of spine on front wrapper. Book block loose inside wrappers, as published. Binding in good+, interior in near fine condition. With the following items laid in: 1) Card with death notice of Otto Lutz, dated 29. November 1962. 2) Card by Galerie Lutz & Meyer with thank you note in French, handwritten & signed by Otto Lutz, in original stamped mailing envelope addressed to Gallery S.
