Julius Caesar (1830-78) was born at Godalming, Surrey, and was a member of the first team from the British Isles to tour overseas - Parr's side to North America in 1859-60. He later coached at Charterhouse school. A carpenter and joiner by trade, he died a broken and depressed man in tragic circumstances. 8vo. 96pp. Text illustrations.
