This volume was inscribed by the author on 10-1-69 along with a typewritten note on her personalized notepaper referencing page 62, Mrs. Vanderbilt's Cook's Wild Rice Recipe. Former owner's bookplate and signature on pastedown. Rare copy of this famous humorist. Gray and blue cover with woman's head with chef's hat above it. Text block has some marginal notes, fraying at top of spine and corners of covers. Seller Inventory # 001303
