This 7.0 x 10.0 inch, 117 page hardcover book in s very good slipcase is the 1925 deluxe printing of this title as shown by the 1925 date on the title page and the information on the colophon indicating - This Deluxe Edition One of 160 copies - printed on hand-made Fabriano (Italian) paper, this being #55 and with the authors signature shown on this page. This copy is in fine condition with the black cloth covers - - with gilt authors signature - - all showing no corner or edge-wear, or rubbing, and with the paper label on the spine showing just a touch of age-wear. The text is virtually as new with a previous owner's penciled name on the ffep but beyond that the book is in beautifully fine condition with the paper fore- and bottom-edges cut irregularly. The full-page illustration's by Earl H. Reed are protected by the fine tissue guards and all in all the book is in beautifully fine condition. The slipcase does show wear - - as the black paper has separated at one seam and the paper edges of the entry opening have worn through in spots but the box is still in very good condition with the paper spine label still intact. 117 pages.
