("Al Goodhart" "Al Hoffman" "Maurice Sigler") 1 page, April , 1934, in black fountain pen ink as author on Assignment of Canadian Copyright form. 8 1/4" x 13 1/2". Fine, fresh. Rare thus. Canadian copyright assignment with T.B. Harms Company for their composition "You Could've Knocked Me Over With a Feather." Signed twice by Goodhart and Sigler as author and composer; signed once by Hoffman as author. Goodhart (1905-1955), composer of 30's and 40's; in England 1934-1937 with Al Hoffman and Maurice Sigler, scored for stage and movies. Hoffman (1902-1960), composer of excellent songs in 30's novelties in 40's and 50's; best known songs "Auf Wiedersehen;" "Papa Loves Monbo;" "The Hawaiian Wedding Song." Sigler (1901-1961), lyricist of popular songs, mostly in 30's; originated Uncle Remus radio series; wrote scores for stage shows and movies. Seller Inventory # 611356
