Edition of 100, of which this is no. 52. Large poster 50.6 x 111.7 cm (19.9 x 44") in size, silkscreened on recto side only in purple, orange, and black on heavy cream stock. Numbered and signed by the artist in ink at lower margin. Text in French and English. Nş 0 (the first) poster from Chopin's publishing venture Collection OUt, featuring a portrait of Chairman Mao alongside a collaged portrait of a nude woman. This example signed and numbered by Chopin. One in a series of large-scale posters, of which there were several issued, each featuring a different artist. Very good with areas of age toning along left and right margin, some creasing along edges, and gentle horizontal crease lines in several places, which have since been professionally flattened.
