Jesse Campbell is a sociopath, horribly disfigured, monstrous in size and wanted for murder. Dr. Chris Warren is a transplant specialist who has embarked on a project to perfect a human brain transplant procedure. Bizarre events bring these two together and only the doctor comes out alive: his brain survives, but in Jesse's body! A body that is wanted for murder.
Warren's excitement at the successful transplant procedure is short-lived when he realizes the monumental problems facing him. His horrified wife runs away; except for a detective, the police don't believe his story; the medical profession flatly denies the possibility of a brain transplant.
Unloved, alone and on the run, Warren is suddenly forced to find his way in a world that has turned against him. What would YOU do if you suddenly found yourself in Frankenstein's body? #############################################################################
"Chuck West has given a fresh new twist to Mary Shelley's classic tale. But West need not apologize; he has matched her skill by crafting a monster to fit today's technology, and sent it our way with guarantees of goosebumps and more than a few skipped hearbeats. Very well done!" -M.E. Morris, author of BIO STRIKE ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
