Profusely illustrated throughout in b&w and colour. Fine in dj. Notes: The titles were transposed at the proofing stage, the error was not picked up until some way through the print run. The number of copies with this error is unknown. Gray writes of this title in A Life in Pictures: I designed a song book that Mainstream of Edinburgh published in 1996, Songs of Scotland, a hundred of them were chosen with marginal notes and musical accompaniments by my friend, Wilma Paterson. . . . this was the most lavish book I designed before the Book of Prefaces, the typography in black and red, the illustrations in black, grey and red . p.251.
