Number 103 of 300, limited edition, sewn in paper wrappers, signed by Koch. Larry Rivers illustrated the cover; Saul and Lillian Marks designed the book which has 4 small reddish illustrations (not by Rivers) within the text. Edges of oversize wraps are slightly creased, tiny chips at top and bottom of sewn spine. Very very mildly soiled. Interior pages are clean, tight. A slim book, ~ 6 1/2" x 10".
