(London: Simpkin Marshall 1931). First UK Edition. Publisher's blue boards lettered in gilt to the front board and spine. 312 pp. Boards bright and clean. SIGNED COPY inscription reads "To my dear friend Mrs Prutt with the author's love, G. Stuart". The pastedown side of both the front and rear end-papers is slightly damp-stained and mottled. There is an attractive Theosophy bookplate applied to the front free end-paper that adds to the character of the book. Also, slight rubbing to corners/ tips of spine so about VG-VG+. No dustwrapper. NB: this is a novel of the after-life told from a theosophical perspective. Photographs/scans available upon request.
